With the help of the Filmin platform and its channel created for FLORA, the Andalusian Film Library is screening two films from this series that has nature as the driving force of inspiration: Spaceship Earth (18th, 6:00 p.m.), by Matt Wolf, in which a group of friends isolate themselves for two years in an artificial ecosystem to analyze options against climate change; and Geographies of Solitude (19th, 8:00 p.m.), by Jacquelyn Mills, a documentary about the naturalist and self-taught researcher Zoe Lucas, who has been living and caring for Sable Island for more than 40 years.

Little Joe is a surprising terrifying tale as a social parable about the loss of real emotions to achieve artificial happiness. A scientist grows a genetically modified plant whose pollen contains a virus that nullifies authentic feelings. But are behavioral changes due to science or the progressive dehumanization of the species?
