The Córdoba Guitar Festival presents an avant-garde flamenco proposal inspired by botanical cuttings and created for FLORA. Curated by Juan Velasco and Juan López, Roots and Strings is a concert and performance piece created as a residency in the summer of 2023.
With botanical cuttings as leitmotif, linked to the concepts of organic transplantation and recycling of electronic components, five artists interpret this musical and visual experiment: Juanfe Pérez (electric bass), Javier Rabadán (percussion), El Mati (voice), Juan Velasco (electronics) and Juan López López (electronics and visuals).
