FLORA 2023: Plant intelligence

We are currently experiencing a revolution with unsuspected and infinite horizons: artificial intelligence. Although it is not a new phenomenon, it has been the latest technological advances that have confronted us with the crisis that it represents for all aspects of our reality, among which art and culture do not escape.

In this scenario of uncertainty we want to turn our gaze towards the sophisticated and for many unknown intelligence of plants and flowers, beings that, in their rooted condition, develop a series of capacities and strategies that inspire scientists and thinkers in very diverse ways. .

Resilience. Adaptation to all types of environments. Creativity to survive. There is a lot to learn from natural intelligence, and we want to create and think about it in the next edition of FLORA.
