Lola Guerrera

There is one overriding theme in the entire body of artwork by this Cordovan artist born in 1982: vulnerability. Her delicate view of the fragility of beauty has, inevitably, focused on plants.

As a winner of awards such as those granted by the AENA Foundation, Fundación Biodiversidad, Caminos de Hierro and the Andalusian Photography Contest, Guerrera manages to astonish viewers with simple, small-scale materials often collected from the area where the work is exhibited.
