Azahara Rodríguez Luna
She is a pharmacist, PhD in Pharmacy, and coordinator of the Pharmacy Degree at Universidad Loyola Andalucía. Her career combines research, teaching, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a specialised focus in the dermatological field, particularly on the study of natural products with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. She has collaborated with experts in experimental dermatology, published numerous scientific articles, and actively participates in innovation and knowledge transfer projects..
Jenifer Santos García
She is a Ramón y Cajal researcher at Universidad Loyola Andalucía, where she leads the CIMAS group (Comprehensive and Multidisciplinary Science Applied to Health). She holds a PhD in Chemistry and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla, and has undertaken research stays at Loughborough University (UK), Harvard University (USA), and Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Portugal). Her research focuses on the formulation and characterisation of emulsions and nanoemulsions, sustainable surfactants, biopolymers, and rheological behaviour for food and pharmaceutical applications. Since 2022, she has led a Ramón y Cajal project dedicated to the development of sustainable emulsions. She has published more than 50 scientific articles and received several awards, including the 2019 Young Researcher Award from the Royal Spanish Society of Chemistry.
Celia González Cortés
A graduate in Art History from the Complutense University of Madrid, she is co-founder of Círculo Cerrado, an initiative focused on sustainability and the artisanal production of natural soaps. With a strong commitment to the environment, Celia has led the development of products based on natural ingredients and processes respectful of the ecosystem.
