Tadao Cern + Kisko García | Šaltibarsčiai and salmorejo
With the intention of sharing stories and experiences that enrich both the public and the artist, Tadao Cern proposes an activity in which two gastronomies as far apart in space as the Lithuanian and the Cordoba come together to demonstrate that distances are relative. Both have a “cold soup” and vegetables as their star dishes: šaltibarsčiai (cold beetroot soup) and salmorejo.
The proposal becomes a dream thanks to the presence of one of the best chefs in our country, the Cordoba Kiosko García, to prepare the salmorejo. Two masters of their respective arts in an evening to talk, cook and, of course, eat ‘saltibarsčiai and salmorejo.
