Cristina Iglesias + Adolfo Schlosser + Chema Lumbreras | Aesthetics of Plants: Contemporary art and Environmental Commitment
The Centro de Creación Contemporánea de Andalucía (C3A), part of the Andalusian Regional Government’s Department of Culture and Sport, in its constant quest to innovate and promote contemporary art, is aligned with the objectives of sustainability and cultural commitment in the 21st century. In the framework of FLORA 2024, the C3A presents a series of installations that not only explore the plant universe and organic forms, but also integrate the cultural fabric of Cordoba with the intention of highlighting the importance of sustainability in modern artistic practice. This collaboration between the C3A and the FLORA Festival highlights the intersection between art, the environment and local identity, reaffirming the role of museums in promoting a more conscious and respectful future with the natural environment.
